Throwback Thursday’s Crazy Roofing Material Out of Cans

July 31, 2014 by Andrea Leave a Comment

Today’s throwback goes to the crazy idea for a roof. What am I talking about? I’m talking about my pallet shed I built last year out of pallets.  If you missed the final post you can catch it at Pallet Shed Finishing Touches.

For the roof I wanted something crazy and out there.  I wanted something I haven’t seen yet on the internet.

Call me crazy but I used cans.

I’m serious!  If you missed the post explaining how I shingled my pallet shed with cans check it out at Roofing Material and at Pallet Shed Roof.

I know it sounds crazy, but on the other hand not so crazy.  After a year it’s still hanging in there and everything is dry.  I’m so thrilled it worked out.

If you love it, give me a shout out!

Thanks for stopping by.
