Hey guys! I know it’s been a long time since I’ve touch base with my readers on a personal note. There’s really a good reason for that, but, I’m not going to go into that right now. However, I’m going to give you a little insight into whats going to be on my radar this year, a new life plan.
Like many, I’ve put on more weight over the last few years and it’s time to step it up and change that.
It’s been on my mind over the last year, but I haven’t kicked in gear, till now!
My resolution for this year is to NOT GIVE UP. That’s the life plan.
Last time I went on a diet and lost 70 pounds, but didn’t keep it off. That’s a huge problem. That’s why this year instead of saying I want to lose weight I want a new life plan. Why do all the work to drop the pounds just to turn around and put them back on?
This year is the year to change my life, make a life plan, and move my life in a new direction.
Guess what? I’m going to log in my journey right here on Scrapality!
That’s the plan!
So to get things started, I’m sharing with you one of my favorite shakes using the 310 Vanilla Shake Powder.
When using the 310 shakes the idea is to replace a meal. It’s not something to add to your day, it’s to take place of a meal that would be normally way more calories. That’s how you lose weight with the 310 shakes.
I’m not employed or sponsored by 310 Nutrition, I’m just a woman who needs to lose weight.
Today’s flavor is butterscotch.
Butterscotch Muffin 310 Shake
- 12 oz Unsweetened Cashew Milk (38 calories)
- 1 scoop 310 Vanilla Shake (90 calories)
- 1/2 banana (53 calories)
- 1 serving pack of Quaker Plain Oatmeal (120 calories)
- 1 Tablespoon PBfit Powder (25)
- 1/2 of package of sugar-free butterscotch pudding (44 calories)
- 1 cup of ice
Total 370 calories
The butterscotch muffin shake is yummy and filling. It’s a great wake-me-up shake or a great recovery shake for that long workout.
I’m really loving the new shake possibilities, they’re endless.
I’ll share a few of my workout ideas, shakes, and anything else I add to my life plan.
Thanks for reading!
