Hello Scrappers!
Things have been very crazy around here lately! Due to my husband being ill, my daughter’s medical issues, and work being busy, I haven’t had much time to scrapbook. But things have settled down now. I at least hope so. : )
Over the weekend I attended an awesome scrapbooking day with friends. I basically worked on flowers for the entire 11 hours. I know the FLOWERS! 11 Hours! Get real right! Oh well, it was a very leisure scrappy day. A very leisure scrappy day I so needed. The flowers I created are for an album for a friend of mine. When working on a mini or a theme album, I find it easier to create a bunch of flowers, trinkets, and cutesy stuff prior to creating the album. That way everything matches and when I put the album together I can pick and choose what I want to place on each of the pages. I think it’s easier than making the items individually for each page.
For the next few weeks, as I work on the album, I will try to share some tutorials and sneak peeks along the way. So for the first sneak peek I am going to share with you a super easy twisted title. Do you have any twisted paper laying around from a home decor project? Well, I have tons of it. Well dig it out and let’s make a cool scripted title for a page.
