Lets talk paint! I love the site of color swatches. There’s just something about the thought process of picking out that perfect color and repainting a space, that makes me smile. (sigh)
I grabbed a couple, OK a bunch, of paint swatches for the walls and the trim. I want the look of white, but not pure white.
Now to decided on accent colors. I’m planning on distressing the island but what base color should I use? That is a hard question.
I have this love affair with copper paint. Do I want to use copper paint on my island or use it to accent pieces. Another option!
Glaze, a must for the island. Again depends on the actual color of the island.
So many colors, so little time! After the wall comes down, I will have to decide on the wall color first. Then when it comes time to add the other elements the accent colors will fall in place. It’s going to be difficult to decide. But, I’m leaning on copper. I can’t help myself sometimes.
