My husband and I love crabbed stuffed mushrooms. Once in a while, I whip up a steak with stuffed mushrooms for a romantic dinner for two. It seems to be our favorite dinner combination these days.
Today, I thought I would share my Crab Stuffed Mushroom recipe with my readers. They are super quick and easy to make and surely to please any crab lover.
I sometimes use Portabellas instead of mushroom caps, but you can use whatever mushrooms you have available. Mushroom caps are wonderful for an appetizer for a party or gathering.

I hope you try the stuffed mushrooms for your next event. If you do, I would love to hear how they turned out.
Thanks for stopping by!
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
15 button mushrooms
1 package cream cheese
8oz cooked crab meat
2 green onions chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
dash salt
Cook crab meat and dice green onions.
In a food processor whip cream cheese for 1 minute. Add onions, crab, salt, pepper and whip for about a minute.
Place small amount of cream cheese mixture inside each of the mushroom caps. Line mushroom caps on cooking tray side by side to help prevent the mushrooms from rolling around the tray.
Cook in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot!
Sharing with a few amazing parties.

I love stuffed mushrooms too ! I do the same as you but add a little garlic powder and use veggie cream cheese. I use to cut it with 1/2 plain but now go all veggie…Love them !
Veggie cream cheese sounds wonderful. I will have to give that a try. Thanks for sharing and commenting.
