I’ve recently started a walk at home program by Leslie Sansome. You seriously can exercise in your home without stepping outside or needing any special equipment. If you are able to stream video through your TV or computer, you can walk at home.
It’s simple! Leslie’s videos are available on YouTube and at Walmart. You can stream her videos or pick up your own copy.
Start out with a one mile walk and work yourself up to a full five mile walk.
The weather can ruin your plans to walk outside, well not anymore. Check out Leslie’s workout that involves working all your muscles in 20, 30,45 and 60 min. workouts. You pick the miles you want to walk and follow along.
The heart associations recommends exercising for half hour a day. No more excuses why you can’t walk outside.
