Take a look at pallets in your town. Pallets come in different sizes and shapes. They’re made from metal, wood and plastic depending on the items they’re used to ship.
Pallets are used worldwide to ship goods from place to place. They are used to give items a stable foundation in order to be moved using pallet jacks and forklifts. Imagine trying to move a stack of boxes one at a time. It would take a long time wouldn’t it. By stacking those boxes on a pallet and then scooping the pallet up and moving it to another location saves time and energy.
The most produced size of pallets here in the US are the 48 x 40 pallets. You can find this size almost anywhere.
