Now when you inhale deeply, you will have to lift the upper torso from the floor and then exhale. You will again have to inhale when you go back to the initial position. If you are a beginner, then keep doing this for at least ten times.
Twist crunches
Twist crunches are one of the most effective ways to reduce your tummy, and it is a modified version of basic crunch. All you have to do is lye on the floor with the hands behind the head. Now bend the knees and keep the feet on the floor. So just like the basic crunches, you will have to lift the upper torso and then twist the right shoulder towards your left and vice versa. Keep doing this for at least ten times.
Lunges
If you want to lose weight and gain some muscle, then lunges will be pretty much effective. If you are looking for weight loss exercises, then lunges are recommended. You should do the forward lunges if you want to tone the core muscles and the legs and thighs. For performing the lunges, you will have to stand properly with your legs kept together and then you will have to stride forward with one leg and bend the knees. Make sure that your front leg is at an angle of 90 degree and knees are behind the foot.
Swimming
Swimming is a type of exercise, and it is very much beneficial for your cardio. It helps you to lose weight and tone the body. If you are into burning more calories, you should opt for the strenuous and up-tempo. You should swim for at least twice each week. Swimming helps the body to burn a lot of fat, and it is pretty much simple and effective in case of reducing the belly fat.
Jogging and morning walk
Even if you are not into losing weight but want to live a healthy lifestyle you should do the morning walk. Morning walk helps the body to fight against many diseases. Doing morning walk and jogging will help your body to lose a lot of unhealthy fat and tone your body. Jogging can make your stubborn fat diminish. Many weight loss doctors will also recommend you to opt for jogging and morning walk to lose weight.
You should do the exercise properly and make sure you are not hurting yourself while doing it. You should look into the ways of doing it perfectly or ask your trainer. Losing weight doesn’t necessarily mean to stop yourself from eating. If you want to have a healthy body, then you should opt for healthy foods that are rich in protein. The sleeping habit of a person is also responsible for their weight gain.
