Instructions
  1. In a skillet brown and drain sausage. In a medium size bowl combine sausage, veg mix, sprouts and spices and toss. Place one wrapper on working surface. Dip finger into water and lightly coat the outer edge of wrapper with water. Place about 1/2 cup of mixture into the center of the wrapper lengthwise. Fold sides of the wrapper over the mixture and press with your fingers above and bellow the mixture. Then fold the bottom of the wrapper over mixture and roll into a roll. Add more water to the top edge of the wrapper to seal the edge. Set aside on parchment paper. Place pan on stove with oil and heat till hot. Add one layer of egg rolls into pan allowing room to flip egg rolls. Allow egg rolls to brown slightly on both sides. Remove egg rolls from grease and place on a cookie sheet.Place cookie sheet into a 400 degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes to finished cooking process and the draining of grease.Serve hot!
