- 6 3oz Pork Loin Chops
- 1/2 pound Honey Roasted Peanuts
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
- In a food processor, ground the honey roasted peanuts and pour into a bowl. Add the flour to the ground peanuts and mix. In a separate container combine egg white and water and whip till mixed. Dip pork into egg wash and allow pork to drip slightly. Place pork into peanut mixture and coat both sides of the pork. Repeat process with the remaining servings. Cook pork on medium heat in a skillet or griddle till cooked thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.
