Over the years I’ve followed this easy recipe for zucchini bread and it always turns out perfect. It’s pretty much full proof. It’s moist and delicious and a huge hit every year.
The first recipe is basic Zucchini Bread, no thrills, just basic Zucchini Bread.
The second recipe is Chocolate Zucchini Bread. Who doesn’t love chocolate, right?
The third recipe is Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread. It’s for those chocoholics that need that little extra yumminess. Why not go indulge in the extra chocolate flavor.

- 3 cups Flour
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- dash salt
- 4 Eggs
- 3 cups Fresh Zucchini Shredded
- 1 cup Oil Vegetable
- 2 tsp Vanilla

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients of the bread you choose to make and mix well.
- In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients and mix well. Next, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. Do not over mix.
- Lightly grease and flour the bottoms and sides of two loaf bread pans. Pour bread mixture into pans. Place on center rack of oven and bake for 1 1/4 hours for the Zucchini Bread and Chocolate Zucchini Bread. For the Double Chocolate Bread bake for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
- Remove bread from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before popping out of pan.
- Serve hot or cold!
